30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective or damaged (e.g., a cracked French Press or broken Ecomix jar), contact us immediately with a photo of the damage so we can send a replacement at no cost to you.

Exclusions: Perishable goods (like used candles) and personalized items cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
